50% deposit to start and 50% at launch. You supply your logo, photos, and wording, or we can quote copywriting. You own your domain and pay its yearly cost (about $12 to $20). We can't promise search rankings.

Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR code on a tote with their phone camera and the packing list opens in their browser. They get a short move code at delivery to keep their list private.
Do I need NFC tags?
No. The QR code works on every phone. NFC tap tags are an optional extra, and they go under the label you already have.
What happens to a customer's list when they return the totes?
It's erased when you check the rental in. You keep your rental history, such as who rented which totes and when, but not what was packed in them.
Who can see my data?
Only the people you give a login to. Each company's data is kept completely separate from every other company's. A customer sees only their own move, and only with their move code.
What if I want to cancel?
It's month-to-month. Give 30 days' notice. You can download all of your data yourself at any time, and we'll export it for you if you leave.
What do I need to get started?
Your tote count, a logo if you have one, and a web address for your tote links (a subdomain of your own site works). We help you connect it.
What support do I get?
Email and text support during business hours, with a reply within one business day. Custom work and extra training are billed hourly.
Do I have to get a website from you?
No. WhichRoom runs your tote pages and rentals whether or not we build your site. If you already have a website, we'll point it to your quote form.
